Amanda attended St. Francis Catholic High School for her first three years where she played Varsity each season and led the team to its first-ever State Championship in 2017. She graduated from Santa Fe High School where she was captain of the varsity squad and runners-up in the State Championships, the first time Santa Fe had made the tournament in 45 years.She played for the Top Select volleyball club in Orlando and in the USAV “17U Open” National Championship game, finishing second overall. She was a two-time All-American in USAV Nationals in 2016 and 2017. Amanda was named to the All-State First Team from 2016-2018. In 2019 she received a scholarship from the University of Miami to play as a libero. While coaching and playing there, the team went to the NCAA tournament twice. She played from 2019-2021 and then had to medically retire. After retiring, Amanda received the opportunity to coach alongside her coaches at the University of Miami as a student assistant.Amanda is passionate about developing young athletes and preparing them to succeed. Her goal is to build a competitive but fun environment for the players while building relationships and growing into the person they want to be.

Joe LaMagno

Joe graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a B.S. in physical education and is certified to teach both health and P.E. He has over 20 years of teaching experience in private and public schools as an elementary physical education teacher. Joe has over 25 years of volleyball coaching experience at the club, high school, and college levels.
While in Michigan, he coached University Liggett to 5 District championships and was named MIAC Coach of the Year in 2011 and 2012. Joe started Omni Volleyball Club in Grosse Pointe, MI to allow kids an affordable opportunity to compete locally outside of the school year with great success.
He relocated to Kentucky in 2017 where he coached girls' volleyball at private and public high schools and had 3 national teams with Lexington United Volleyball. His 14 Adidas team was runner-up in the STL Presidents Day Classic in Indianapolis, IN and his 12 Adidas team finished third in that tournament the following year.In 2022, Joe relocated to Florida and joined Gainesville Juniors. His 15 Blue team finished third in the First in Show tournament in Ocala. They went on to have a top 10 finish at the 2023 AAU National tournament in the 15 Spirit Division. Joe has helped numerous players go on to play at the next level. He looks forward to working with RADD Sports athletes!
Shelby Freeman

Shelby has played volleyball for 6 years, won multiple district titles, and came second in state twice. She has been on the Marion County all-star team for four years and has also represented Florida on the Junior USA Volleyball team. Shelby started her coaching career in middle school at the YMCA and has been coaching ever since. She coached for three years at St. John Lutheran School, where they won two district championships and Ocala Power United.For the past two years, she has been the JV coach at Vanguard High School and the assistant for varsity. Shelby has a pharmacy technician certificate and a medical degree in surgical technology and is currently pursuing her Master's in Sports Psychology. We are excited to have Shelby on the RADDSports coaching team.

Jim was the head coach for varsity and junior varsity at Dixie County High School for two years. He led them to a district championship. Jim was the head coach for 3 years at for the High Springs Community School girl’s program and he was the head coach of the boy’s program for 2 years. Jim spent 5 years coaching travel and club volleyball at Gainesville Juniors PSVA and Max Performance. We are excited that Jim has joined our RADDSports volleyball team!

Breona Fung

Breona started playing volleyball at a young age at the rec center in Colorado and made her middle school team. She started playing competitively in 8th grade when she joined her first club team. Breona moved to Florida and continued her volleyball career at Port Charlotte High School. Here she played for both the high school team and a club team and was an assistant coach to a club team. Her high school added a beach volleyball team her junior year, which she joined, making it to district finals both years. In Breona’s senior year, she faced an injury which hindered her from playing during indoor season. She continued to coach for the club she attended, this time as a head coach.Breona now attends the University of Florida where she is studying psychology. She is passionate about coaching and helping to develop young players’ volleyball skills all while having fun. Her hope is that these players fall in love with the sport and will continue to play, using the skills and knowledge they’ve gained at RADDSports!
