The best of the best compete at the USA Gymnastics Silver and Gold FL State Championships. Gymnasts qualify throughout the season by competing at various invitational competitions throughout the United States. This competition also serves as the qualifier for the USA Gymnastics Xcel Gold Regional Championships.
