Debbye Landers has been involved in cheerleading since 2003 as a Cheer Mom for high school and All-Star cheerleaders. She has been the Office Manager for Florida TeamCheer since 2010 and has expanded her role as “Mom” to the entire FTC Cheer Family. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program. She provides administrative support and onsite support at competitions. She does uniform and t-shirt design.

Abner Perez

Abner Perez, a seasoned cheerleading veteran, currently serving as the Head Coach at Radd Cheer.His passion for the sport ignited in high school, where he was a two-time state championcheerleader. This passion carried him through four years of college cheerleading, culminating in aNCA College Nationals Championship.After his collegiate career, Perez transitioned to coaching, spending many years at CentralFlorida Starz and Florida Team Cheer. His coaching journey has taken him to various levels,including two years as the Central Florida Coach and a notable seven-year stint as theUniversity of Florida Cheerleading Coach from 2006 to 2012. Since 2012, he has contributed tothe leadership of the FTC cheerleading program.Perez's expertise extends beyond competitive cheerleading. He has spent over seven yearscoaching gymnastics levels 6-9 and has served as a stunt and tumbling coach for levels 1-7.Additionally, he has honed his skills as a choreographer for both high school and all-starcheerleading teams.Under his guidance, his teams have achieved remarkable success, earning over 50 All-Star Stateand National Championships across prestigious organizations like CheerSport and UCA. His teamshave been Summit Finalists nine times, securing three top-four Summit Finals placements and awell-deserved Summit Championship following an undefeated season“My favorite skill is the one-arm rewind stunt and the Arabian-to-double-full tumbling pass. Beyond the technical aspects, I thrive on the creative process of designing innovative routines. The post-season championships, where the culmination of hard work and dedication is showcased, are my favorite part of the season. When I'm not immersed in the world of cheerleading, I enjoy spending quality time with my family. Tabitha has cheered for 12 years at Florida Team Cheer and 4 years of high school cheer at PK Yonge. She started coaching in her senior year of high school. Tabitha has coached tiny, mini, and level 1 teams.  Cheerleading is her passion and coaching has given her the chance to share that passion with other young athletes.

Hello everyone! I'm Coach Tiffany and this is my 2nd season at RADD. I have been coaching for over 8 years with levels varying from Tinies up to J2 and previously ! coached high school cheer for about 4 years. This season I'm Coaching Youth 1 elite and helping more around the administrative side as well. Outside of coaching I'm a VPK teacher and a mom of 2 so I'm always on the go! I'm so excited for this season and can't wait to see all of the girls take the mat. We have a special group here at RADD and I'm so happy to be apart of it.

Favorite Hobby: Crafting or Reading

Favorite Cheerleading skill: Love a good basket Favorite part of a routine: Dance, it just really allows the girls to show personality and really perform

Favorite part of the season: Getting choreography, I love watching a routine come together.

Fun Fact: I don't like cinnamon (scents or taste)

Hi y'all! I'm coach Carsyn and this is my second year coaching at RADD and I get the opportunity to coach Tiny Sparkles, Tiny Firecrackers, Mini Freedom Flyers and Youth 1 Glory! I've cheered for 6 years and loved every second of it, making it to Summit Finals with my best friends is one of my favorite memories from cheering. I love coaching because of the connections I get to make with these girls and seeing their hard work pay off

Favorite Hobby: Pilates and Shopping

Favorite part of a routine: Stunts

Favorite part of the season: Seeing every athlete's improvements from the beginning of the season to the end

Rachel Deal

Rachel has been an all-star cheerleader since she was 10 years old.  She has been on Y1, S4.2, and S3.  Rachel started coaching her freshman year of high school in the spring, of 2017.  She has coached Tinys, midseason, Special Olympics, Y1, J2, and J3.  Rachel is a student at the University of Florida majoring in construction management with a minor in business administration.  At UF,  she cheered for the competition team in her freshman and sophomore years and also competed in snowboarding for the ski and snowboard club.  Rachel loves all-star cheer and coaching and is excited to be coaching at RADD Cheer.

Brianna Salter

Hey everyone, My name is Coach Bri and I'm so happy to be apart of the RADD Family! This is my first year with RADD and l've loved it so far.

I coach J1 Allegiance, Jr2 Black ops and Sr4 Lady Generals. I also coach stretch classes, tumble classes and I'm available for privates. I have been apart of the cheer world since I was 2 going on 3 years old & have been coaching for almost 6 years now. In my career I have won Cheersport multiple times, placed top 5 at Summit twice, my team won UCA last year & I have many National and State titles. I can't wait to achieve so much more with an amazing program and amazing athletes. Feel free to stop and say Hello or ask any questions! Here's to an amazing year!

Favorite Hobby: Cooking! I love to cook and bake Favorite Cheerleading skill: Any stunt that requires flipping!

Favorite part of a routine: The "Fluff" i'm a performer type of girl. you can always hit but can you make it look good?

Favorite part of the season: When i get to watch the girls be successful and celebrate all their hard work from this summer

Fun Fact: I love animals! If I hadn't fallen in love with cheerleading, I would have wanted to be a veterinarian!

Madison Smith

Hi! I'm brand new to the RADD Cheer family, I coach Firecrackers, AKA Tiny Prep 1, and currently Tiny Novice. I often get to practices early, so feel free to say hi; I always have tips and tricks up my sleeve for tumbling and stunts. I did allstar cheer for around 15 years, and in my time, I won Summit, All Star Worlds, U.S Finals, Cheersport, and many more. I love to focus on tumbling and stunt technique. I've coached junior 1, youth 1 and youth 2 in the past. My favorite memory of coaching was taking my team to Summit and watching how excited all the girls were.

Favorite Hobby: Reading or Baking

Favorite Cheerleading skill: I love to watch good baskets and love front handsprings incorporated into running passes

Favorite part of a routine: Dance, I love seeing everyone's personalities shine through after a great routine.

Favorite part of the season: After the first few comps, when we can start adding in cool upgrades to the routine

I've been coaching gymnastics, tumbling and cheer for over 5 years. Before I got into coaching I was a high school and Collegiate cheerleader myself. I cheered for Warner University where I received my Bachelors in Business Management.

The past 3 summers I've been working as a UCA instructor and have traveled all over Central & South Florida doing camps. I'm beyond excited to be working for RADD Cheer!
